Create a character here, P.S this character thing is copied from a other forum, i didnt get this idea
Character posts must look like this:

Village: Your village (Must apply first)

Appearence: a discription is nice, but a picture is worth 1k words (or more if there are words in there)
Equiment: You start with none
Jutsus: None for you!

stats: (On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the highest. You can only have a 9-10 on one, the rest must be from 1-7 when you start)

Everything exept from stats approved, one 8-10 (actually 9-10) and rest 1-7
